Just Junk Franchising Corp. Video Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Just Junk Franchising Corp. Video Contest ("Contest"). By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation is open only to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, where the Contest is void and subject to all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. Contest Period
The Contest will begin on February 1 at 12:00 AM EST and end on Feb 5 at 11:59 PM EST ("Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and at least the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Just Junk Franchising Corp., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter
Entrants must submit a video showcasing their junk to be considered for the Contest.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification of all submissions from that participant.
Entries must comply with submission guidelines outlined on the Contest entry page, including but not limited to format, length, and content restrictions.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a $500 Just Junk junk removal gift card ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within [number] days after the Contest Period ends. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days following selection. Just Junk Franchising Corp. shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

7. Rights Granted by You
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Just Junk Franchising Corp., anyone acting on behalf of Just Junk Franchising Corp., and Just Junk Franchising Corp.’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Terms & General Conditions
Just Junk Franchising Corp. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Just Junk Franchising Corp.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Just Junk Franchising Corp. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

10. Disputes
THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction.

13. Acknowledgment
By participating in the Contest, You, the Participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions set forth above.
